The CUMC provides a new bed, bed frame, and a completely new set of bedding for any Chillicothe R-II student, grades Pre-K through High School, who is in need.  The Missions Committee works together with the various school counselors in Chillicothe to see that these students' needs are met when they arise.  Since this ministry began in 2013, people have donated thousands of dollars to this mission project through memorials and fundraisers.  Over fifty children and youth have benefited from this mission so far.

In 2022, Beds for Kids gave away a total of 24 beds with bedding to 11 local families!
In 2023, Beds for Kids gave away a total of 19 beds to local families!
