The purpose of this ministry is to provide $100  of assistance to local individuals with either their Chillicothe Municipal Utilities bill or gas from Hy-Vee Gas to help them get to doctor appointments.  Individuals can only apply once per year for this assistance  Funding for this ministry is from donations from the congregation.
